Hi, I’m Grace.
BACP Registered Counsellor based in-person in my clinics in East Molesey and Weybridge (Surrey,UK) & online.
I started my private practice after several years working as a counsellor for the NHS. I work with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and identities, helping me to gain experience in many areas of psychological distress.

What I work with
I offer a supportive, compassionate and judgement-free space to help you explore whatever you’re going through. My experience includes areas such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, bereavement, identity exploration, relationship, family and social issues and chronic illness.
Additionally, I specialise in working with the Neurodivergent community, in particular those with ADHD, ASD and Dyslexia, which is something I am incredibly passionate about. I am also proud to support members of the LGBTQIA+ community and believe passionately in offering a queer-friendly and trans inclusive practice.
My approach
Having trained as an integrative counsellor, I work relationally, using a range of psychological theories and tailoring the work to your individual needs. My style of therapy integrates several theories and techniques, primarily Psychodynamic and Person-Centred therapy. I can also incorporate elements of Existential Psychotherapy. I strive to provide a safe, confidential environment in which you can openly explore whatever may be on your mind, in your own time.
I tend to work as holistically as possible – taking into consideration your mind, body, culture, race, spiritual beliefs, neurotype, age, gender identity, sexuality, physical ability, and whatever else may seem relevant. I am encouraging, but will challenge gently too. I won’t offer advice, but I will offer thoughts, reflections and questions to get you thinking, not only in the session but between them as well. Additionally, I often work creatively in sessions, using tools like music, art, nesting dolls, postcards, sandboxes and toys.
I mostly offer private 50-minute sessions either remotely via Zoom, or in-person at one of my clinics in East Molesey and Weybridge (Surrey, UK). I currently only work with adults 18+ and, for insurance purposes, I am only able to see clients based within the UK.
